Winter Training Or Enjoying The Outdoor Environment!

tie-21

…..Well Michigan is a winter wonderland right about now with possibly another eight inches of snow or so on the way.  I am a firm believer in getting outdoors and training in all environments and also relishing and enjoying that training.  So last night we went outside to work on 4 foot stick technique, empty hand vs. the knife, etc.  I think everyone enjoyed the cold and adapted to the environment well!  Below are some pictures of the training!

…..In working the 4 foot stick techniques, empty hand vs. the knife we also were really working movement via footwork, balance disruption or taking the opponents balance and in the end I showed how to take mental balance via using the natural weapons or environment available.

See You Out There!
