Systema In The Snow!

We do love our outdoor training in IRT and some other systems enjoy it as well.  Systema is one of those other systems.

Systema is a Russian system of martial arts.  One branch of it is headed by Mikhail Ryabko and propogated in the west by Vladimir Vasiliev.  The following is a winter training video by one of their students.  Enjoy!
